Behaviour
The Governing body, staff and pupils are committed to creating a caring, friendly and safe environment which encourages and reinforces good behaviour and the fostering of positive attitudes and values.
It is important to us that an attitude of compassion, love and forgiveness is evident throughout the school. At Hutton Rudby Primary School learning about appropriate behaviour, including understanding right and wrongs. Pupils and staff speak of conflict and disagreement being dealt with fairly and compassionately based on principles of forgiveness and a fresh start. This policy sets out the expectations for behaviour at our school and the procedures we have created in order to help us implement these expectations. It also sets out the consequences for misdemeanours should they arise.
